Product Introduction
The multi head stationary spot welder is customized for welding the
car fuel tank. This stationary Spot Welding Machine is working on
the 380V/50Hz three-phase AC power supply.By the three-phase
rectifier, inverter technology and the feedback control system, to
control the welding heat, pre-press time, the maintenance time and
cease time, achieving the welding requirements. The machine is
widely used in automobile, home appliances, electronic
instrumentation, aerospace and other projection welding process
industry.

Main Structure and Fixture of the Equipment
The multi head spot welder is mainly composed of the equipment
host, upper and lower electrode components, fixture components,
welding controller, PLC controller, touch screen components, water
and gas circuit components, etc.
Safety Precautions of Electric Shock
1. Do not touch live parts;
2. Wear dry and undamaged insulating gloves and appropriate clothes
and protective devices to protect the body;
3. Cut off the input power supply before installing, maintaining
and repairing the welding machine;
4. The equipment shall be correctly installed and reliably grounded
according to the equipment instructions, operation manuals, and
relevant national and company internal laws and regulations;
5. Check the grounding cable frequently and make sure that the
grounding terminal of the input cable should be connected to the
grounding cable connector or reliably connected to the grounding
cable plug;
